This is my current chest and back routine.
The whole workout takes about 45 minutes to an hour. I split it up into 2 main power exercises, then 2 super sets. At the end, the entire range of the chest and the full muscle complex of the back will be be completely fatigued.
I do this twice a week for a period of 3 months, then switch it up! So I hope you enjoy.
