This is the ab routine I've been doing for almost a year now. It is very effective.

I do it 3 days on, 1 day off. A full routine of 25 reps x 10 positions = 1000 reps. Takes about 30 minutes with resting. On off days, I'll do core exercises while my abs recuperate. A few hints unmentioned: Start off doing a number of reps per position that you can handle. No sense in going extreme if you can't finish all the movements consecutively. Next is always breathe ALL the way out when your abs are in a state of flex. I'm doing it but you can hardly hear it on the video. Breathing is crucial to building abdominal mass and volume.
